Larry is responsible for complex commercial litigation involving the Uniform Commercial Code, contracts, corporate issues, real estate, and insolvency. The primary focus of his practice is on rights and remedies for creditors and commercial landowners. He has represented commercial landowners in lawsuits covering variances, special permits, restrictive covenants, and regulatory takings.
Larry also devotes a substantial amount of time to banking and lending litigation, representing banking institutions and mortgage lenders in commercial disputes, business torts, unfair trade practices, and environmental litigation.
He has appeared in Massachusetts trial courts, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the Supreme Judicial Court, U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, as well as before state and local administrative agencies.
