• $12.9 million syndicated construction and term financing for a community shopping center in Colorado
• $10 million refinancing of an apartment complex in Boston
• $637 million syndicated acquisition financing for portfolio of 21 hotel properties throughout the east coast
• $44.7 million construction financing for a retail center in Florida
