David maintains a diverse real estate practice, with particular experience in the area of financing, where he represents lenders, borrowers, and investors. David’s clients include financial institutions, private equity funds, REITS, and individual entrepreneurs in a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine lending, construction and permanent financing, preferred equity investments and joint ventures, sales, acquisitions and development, workouts and restructuring, and commercial leasing.

  • Representation of financial institutions in numerous bridge loan, mezzanine loan, and portfolio loan transactions throughout the country
  • Representation of banks and financial institutions in multifamily transactions originated pursuant to Freddie Mac's and Fannie Mae’s multifamily loan programs
  • Representation of pension fund advisors, property managers, and real estate owners in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings of properties across all property classes, including several portfolios
  • Representation of REIT in connection with preferred equity investments and mezzanine loan transactions
