Steve's practice focuses on representing financial institutions and life insurance companies in single-lender and multi-lender commercial real estate transactions, including construction and development projects. Steve has experience with commercial lending transactions, including mortgage-based and mezzanine financing transactions, for properties as well as borrowers across the United States.

In addition to Steve’s finance practice, he has also handled all aspects of the acquisition, sale, construction, leasing (both for landlord/lessor and tenant/lessee), management, and development of improved and unimproved commercial property. Steve's past transactional and corporate work includes formation and M & A/divestitures, both stock and asset.

• Representation of owners and developers in all aspects of commercial real estate matters, including acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing
