Kate’s practice is focused on asset-based financing for commercial lenders. She represents commercial banks and other financial institutions in both single-lender and multi-lender transactions to provide financing for companies in a variety of industries.

Representative Transactions

• Represented the agent in a $140 million multi-lender revolving credit facility to finance the working capital needs of a major sporting goods retail chain
• Represented the agent in a $350 million multi-lender revolving credit facility to provide financing for a major grocery store chain
• Represented the agent in a $400 million multi-lender revolving credit facility to provide working capital funding to a major multinational retailer of professional beauty supplies
