Mark's practice is focused on litigation, including commercial disputes. His practice includes the enforcement of contracts, the defense of creditors’ rights, and disputes involving commercial real estate. Mark also works on bankruptcy cases involving the pursuit and defense of preferential and fraudulent transfers. His work covers all aspects of litigation, including alternative dispute resolution.

Representative Cases

• Represented lending institutions in enforcing creditors' rights
• Represented businesses in breach of contract and other civil litigation matters
• Represented commercial property owners in demonstrating compliance with town zoning bylaws in connection with zoning disputes
• Represented defendants in connection with defense of various personal injury claims against commercial businesses and residential property owners
• Represented Chapter 7 Trustee in bankruptcy matters and adversary proceedings.
